Symbiosis is the relationship between various organisms where each organism benefits from the interaction they have with one another.

Inter-dependence is the relationship between individuals where, directly or indirectly, each benefits from the behaviour of the other.

A balanced approach to Business Management Training

Symbiosis Management Training Programmes are based upon the understanding of the social and economic environment we encounter on a daily basis and the natural environment in which we live. Central to the programme is the understanding of the various elements and their impact on our daily lives. By drawing comparisons between the natural and the actual, we are able to comprehend and evaluate our actions, and help change for the better.

We at The Nature Workshop believe that the source of each and every one of our lives and livelihoods is directly dependent upon and benefits directly from the natural environment. For years we have heard societies voice their concerns about the environment, and at the same time ask the question ‘Who is going to pay for it?’. It is only through understanding it better and being exposed to the dynamics that exist, that we are able to make decisions individually, both personal and in business, that contribute to change for the better.

Symbiosis Management Training Programmes are run within a natural bushveld environment where each course is tailored to the specific needs of the client. The duration and detail of each course is dependent upon the client's needs although we would recommend a minimum training period of 3 days. The maximum number of participants per course is ideally limited to ten.
