Observing and elephant on a game drive
Situated within the world renowned Sabi Sand Game Reserve, Notten’s Bush Camp is a family-run exclusive camp, providing exceptional personalised service in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The camp is situated in a prolific wildlife area, which offers an astounding variety of wildlife including lion, leopard, white rhino, elephant, buffalo, wild dog, cheetah, giraffe and a variety of antelope species and prolific bird life. Vehicle and walking safaris with an experienced ranger offer some of the best opportunities to view these and other spectacular African animals. Night safaris reveal a wide variety of nocturnal species and the Sabi Sand Game Reserve is renowned for its nocturnal encounters with leopard and lion.

Notten’s Bush Camp accommodates ten guests in comfortable double rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The spirit of the old pioneering days in Africa has been maintained with the use of candles and paraffin lamps for lighting. The use of electricity in the camp has purposely been avoided in order to maintain the special ambience of the lowveld bush in and around the camp. The lounge with its cosy fireplace leads out into the open plan dining area with a spectacular view over the waterhole in front of the camp.
